Printing/Where I get a ticket?
Tickets are printed from the bus station after presentation of the confirmation SMS.
Booked multiple seats but only one name appears on the confirmation SMS?
Kindly check if the number of seats captured in the ticket SMS matches the tickets paid for.

Currently Mpesa is the only available payment option.
Did not receive any mpesa pop up prompting the payment ?
If a pop up does not appear on your phone a text message follows soon with the details on how to make payments via paybill

It will take less than 4min to make payments
Longer than 4min the client has to do the booking once again to receive another valid account number to be able to make payments.
